The Kleinburg Nobleton Soccer Club has opportunities for summer grassroots student coaches to assist with coaching recreational teams, events and other projects throughout our Outdoor 2025 season! This is a great opportunity for those who would like to commence their coaching journey in a positive and fun environment!

Responsibilities:

• Coach U3-U6 squads and/or U8-U12 teams
• Lead training sessions in accordance with KNSC practice session plans
• Create fun and positive environment for all participants
• Other duties as required

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with children and young adults is preferred.
• Previous soccer experience (playing/coaching) is considered an asset.
•  Grassroots coaching certifications: Active  Start / Fundamentals / Learn to Train
• Independent transportation (preferred)
• Must be 18 years of age

Skills:

• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to communicate effectively with young children and parents.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Work Schedule:

All positions are required to be available to work:

• Monday - Thursday evenings 4:30 p.m. – 8 p.m. and Saturday mornings 8:30 a.m. – 11:30 p.m.
• Part time
• Mandatory Club Events: Sunday, June 8th and Saturday, August 16th, 2025
• Summer Camps and Sunday Men’s League available for extra hours

Pay:

All positions will be paid at a competitive hourly rate.

Coach development training will be provided by KNSC Technical Staff and Ontario Soccer Coach Instructors.
