REFER A FRIEND REBATE RULES:

1. Please send completed form by email to admin@knsc.ca or drop off in-person at the Clubhouse.
2. RETURNING player must have played for a KNSC Recreational Team (U4-U19) in Summer Outdoor 2019 or Winter Indoor 2019/2020.
3. NEW player must not have played for any KNSC Recreational and/or Competitive team previously.
4. RETURNING and NEW player cannot be from the same family or live at the same physical address.
5. REFER A FRIEND Rebates will be issued to both the RETURNING and NEW players by REFUND of $10 to each original method of payment after April 15, 2020.

To activate the rebate, both the RETURNING Player and the NEW Player must complete registration for the 2020 Outdoor Recreational Season through KNSC's online registration system and submit a completed Rebate Form to the Club for processing.
