Due to the Covid-19 pandemic we will be putting together a range of activities our players can do at home by themselves or with a family member.

We understand our players have received similar documents from their school teachers but ask our players to spend a minimum of two hours per week keeping their soccer skills in shape ready for when we restart soccer!

What Can I Expect to See Each Week?

  • Physical Literacy activities for our U4-U6 players and U8 - U10 players
  • Individual ball skills activities catered to the following age groups: U4-U6 players, U8 - U10 players, U11 & 12 players and U13+ players
  • Physical activities to do as a family
  • Things to read related to soccer
  • Things to watch related to soccer on Netflix, Amazon Prime and other video streaming sites

Things to Consider

  • To maintain social distancing please only play with members of your family
  • Be resourceful! If you don’t have cones you can use any objects you have around the house!
  • Use any space you have. Inside or outside!
  • Try new tricks!
  • Have FUN Everyday!
  • Send us videos and pictures of you completing your activities!
  • Upload to social media and tag @KNSCLIONS
