KNSC’s High Performance Training is for U7+ competitive &  development players seeking to develop and grow faster and prepare for professional soccer and/or potential scholarship opportunities in Canada/USA. Participation in this program is in addition to the player’s enrollment in KNSC’s Competitive or Development Teams. It is designed and managed by KNSC High-Performance Coach Duran Lee with Coach Cristina Charles and KNSC Professional Coaches.

Program starts June 13th & includes:

• 1.5-hour training sessions 1x/week on Friday evenings
• U7-U10 will train: 6-7:30 PM | U11-U14 will train: 7:30-9 PM
• Location: Sonoma Turf
• Sessions include: skill-focused training, individualized ball work, and tactical training

Participate in 14, 10 or 6 sessions:

• 14 sessions = $395
• 10 sessions = $350
• 6 sessions = $240
